  • How often do you restock?
    We aim to restock as frequent as possible, but it all depends on product availability.
  • How can I find out about restocks?
    We will try to keep the Site as updates as possible when we have restocks, but feel free to contact us to find out if any product in our website or social medias is available.
  • I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
    Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we have adjusted our process of packing and sending merchandise so that it goes with the laws regarding social distancing COVID-19 prevention.

    What does this mean?
    • Processing and packaging your order may be affected by our restricted hours and amount of employees in-store.
    • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • What method is used for shipping?
    All packages are shipped via USPS.
  • How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

  • I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
    We will contact you as soon as possible within 24 hours from your email.

  • Do you offer returns?
    Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
    All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Lucia Boutique.

    We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

    Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. 
  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    No, but by setting up an account you have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
  • I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
    To reset your password, go to https://lucia-online.myshopify.com/account/login and click on “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on this page: https://lucia-online.myshopify.com/account/login
